The Walkies Report will be a diary of the adventures of Théa Chesley and her boon companion Joliet Jake (the "Labrador Golden Chow Retriever") on their daily walks.
Because we're fortunate enough to live in Springfield, Illinois near the famous Oak Ridge Cemetery in which President Abraham Lincoln -- and some other rather famous people -- are interred, we walk there as often as we can.
We see many notable living creatures in the cemetery, too, and photos of them will be an important part of this online journal.
Jake is very courteous to the animals we see. As you can see, he's a serious dog, and is concerned about good interspecies relations.
